Items & Artifacts
Every character has 10 equipment slots. Normal items contribute their level to battle power. Bound artifacts add a special bonus, cannot be damaged or swapped, and may be replaced only by a strictly stronger catalog tier with a higher item level.

How equipment affects the game

Normal drops keep the higher item level. Blessings may increase normal or artifact item levels; damage and swap events skip artifact-bound slots. Artifact upgrades require both a higher catalog tier and a strictly higher item level.
