My father and I were buying food in a supermarket. We went to a register, then switched to another one with a shorter queue, then switched back because that one was actually closing.

When the cashier scanned our groceries, I noticed that my father was also buying a netbook. It ran Linux and had an Intel i5. I think it was built by Asus, and it might have been square instead of the usual 16:9 format.

I was sitting on a flat wagon used to carry containers on freight trains. It was stopped on a track parallel to a gravel path in a rural area. I was with someone, but I do not remember if that was my father, an unknown woman, or a friend.

The train started moving slowly, so we got off the wagon, even though I wanted to stay on it to let the train carry us to our intended destination, the train station near my place.

We took a regional train instead to get back home. When we got off the train and used the stairs to reach the underpass between all the platforms, a man in a business suit stopped me to ask me which bank I was at.

He worked for both a different bank and an insurance company related to my bank, so I was eligible for some kind of offer he had. I could earn 10 or 30€ if I could provide something that proves I rode a train today, as the banks want to promote getting people away from cars.

I told him I was only taking a train tomorrow and not today, and he seemed sorry for me as I could not get the offer. Neither of us made any mention of the fact that I had just gotten off a train.
