I was in a bedroom similar to the one that I had while I was in elementary school, but with a different window that was not spanning the height of the whole wall, was larger and had wooden shutters that opened in two halves. Thick red curtains surrounded the window, in front of another set of thick brown curtains.
I was next to the bed, looking through two pink chests of plastic drawers. I noticed white and blue mold, and even small white mushrooms in some drawers, and that scared me. I was looking for a way to get rid of them, but then I got distracted and instead focused on playing with an RC car, try to find out how I could intercept the remote’s signal and emit them using some Arduino contraption. I opened a drawer at the bottom of the left chest and found some unopened 9V and AA Carrefour-branded batteries.
I also remember some sort of Microsoft software in version 2001, still sold in plastic cases in stores. The company was offering a new 2002 version, where the only differences are that the software always runs properly on the first try (and not 50% of the time as it used to do), and takes 10 seconds less to open. It had an edition named after a wasp, but that name looked more like a human name than that of a wasp.
In the bedroom, I met a wasp that was as large as a bird and landed on the curtains before sliding between the red and brown ones. I did not know how to react, so I tried to imagine a cardboard armor that I would use to fight the wasp.
I was lost in some sort of sealed building. I went through an airlock and entered a room full of strange people, a bit wild, uncivilized, before going through another airlock, placed symmetrically on the other side of the room. I then exited the building and ended up on a plaza that looked like the Place Grenette of Grenoble, in daytime. I saw that one half of the building I was in looked abandoned, with broken windows and rust, and was owned by Sirius. This portion of the building hosted Project Gemini.
