You can use, for example, any number of temporary e-mail adreses at mailinator or any other temporary e-mail host.
On the Mathematica activation screen, click the "Other ways to activate" button and then "Activate Manually".
Enter your MathID and chose Activation Key in the form, and click "Generate".
All other fields are otional.
