To use Belkin F7D1301 v1 as an independent unbridged switch, do the following:

1) Reset the router
2) Connect the WAN Port (Yellow) to your router via an Ethernet Cable.
3) Connect an Ethernet Cable between your Computer and a LAN Port (Grey)
4) Go to 192.168.2.1 and Login (Default No Passwd).
5) Go to Connection Type -> Dynamic. Let the hostname be Belkin. Click Apply.
6) Now that you are connected, your F7D1301 acts as an independent unbridged switch. The light on the router should be static green.
7) You can also use it as an independent WiFi AP now, though being an almost-13 year old router, the speeds aren't great.
8) AP Configuration Can be done in Wireless -> Channel and SSID. Its pretty self-explanatory.

NOTE: Since this is unbridged, a computer connected to the switch cannot access devices connected directly to the router.
