Caret browsing in Firefox

I accidently pressed F7 while browsing & that popped up a dialog asking whether I want to enable Caret browsing or not. So, this caret browsing thingy shows a cursor inside the browser & that is keyboard controlled. Not the mouse cursor but like the one you see on terminal.

You can use arrow keys to navigate, if you hold shift & move around it'll select the text. Holding shift & control key together & using the left/right arrow keys move by word instead of character, same like you would see in terminal if you have set -o emacs.
